When we decided on having a deck built, we really didn't know exactly what we wanted. Gina came over, spent some quality time in discussing ideas. She is so good, we were able to visualize the deck in our mind while we were standing in our backyard!!
Judy in the office is awesome!!! Any questions we had she answered right away. She also showed us many samples of what colors were available for our deck. Judy also gave us many ideas
Ken and his construction crew were absolutely the BEST!!! They are hard working, professional, kind, curtious, and their craftsmanship is second to none!!!

"I am a HUGE FAN of Innovative Decks! We have worked with Gina, Judy, Ken and Juan's Crew for the past two years. In 2023 we had 2 old decks demolished and 2 fabulous NEW Timber Tek decks built, as well as a raised stone patio. In 2024 we returned to them to have another large paver patio added!! WE ARE SO IN LOVE WITH OUR BACKYARD NOW!! My only regret is that we did not make these improvements to our South Holland property sooner. Hubby and I are thoroughly enjoying our new outdoor living space. Many neighbors and friends have flocked to our backyard to see the extraordinary transformation!!
The Innovative Decks crew was professional and supportive at EVERY phase of our projects. From the initial plans, thru execution - they were flawless. Their expertise was evident during the early design discussions - and continued until the last brick was placed. The work crews were conscientious and highly experienced. Any snags that we ran into were quickly resolved due to their INNOVATION and creativity. Gina will mos def get an invitation to Thanksgiving Dinner as she is almost like part of the family now. Even after the projects were completed, she worked closely with us to address an issue that was related to nature and NOT the fault of the company!

The crew was so professional, such amazing attention to detail, worked with me on the little extras (I love the step for the stairs) and any small nits I found while reviewing the progress after they left for the day. We could not be happier with the end result (forgive the mess in the photo, still putting out storage solutions together), the project came in exactly as contracted, no surprises. "We recently had a front porch with a handicap accessible ramp put in by Innovative Decks. I could not be happier! Gina came out to give us the estimate. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The project was completed in one week. The construction crew were fantastic and every day cleaned everything up. I am totally enjoying my new porch and the ramp has made my life so much easier. Judy in the office kept us informed every step of the way. Ken the owner really was great with giving us suggestions and his knowledge. We have had so many compliments from neighbors, family & friends about how beautiful our new porch is!
